Why do my grafts fail??? 5 More GRAFTING MISTAKES - 1 year later

Our original 5 grafting mistakes video became so popular (got 28,000 views so far, with more than 100 comments, and thank you for your support! 🙏🙏🙏) - simply because there were no videos on youtube showing grafting failures rather than successes from pros, and how to avoid/correct those mistakes. Since the first video my technique has progressed and I started to get many more takes, so I decided to share what this year has taught me. In this video I discuss 5 more mistakes that I learned to avoid. Hope it is useful, and good luck with your technique!!! 🌟🌟🌟 Original video:    • 5 GRAFTING MISTAKES AND HOW TO AVOID THEM   🌟🌟🌟 Some advice I wish I had before I made those mistakes :) 1. Not to care too much about the caliper of branches - both rootstock and scions. Just make sure cambium layer matches at least on one side. 2. Use reusable clothespins instead of electric tape - especially when you're in a very humid climate like South Florida, and during the wet season. 3. No need to use the plastic dome if the humidity of the air is high. 4. Choose not only healthy but active rootstock that wants to flush often. If the tree is not active, chances of success are lower. 5. Consider scions as live tissue and transport them accordingly (the best way - in a cooler bag on ice, just like human organs). 6.
