J. Graves - "Time Travel" - Official Music Video

"Time Travel", the second single from the forthcoming 'Deathbed' EP, resides at the juxtaposition of what you want, what you have, and what you will never have again. The beginning of the song opens with a vulnerable confession, played on Graves' mother's classical guitar. The song and sentiment explodes with resentment, "...you are the boss, and I never win, and you know, you're just my type". The songs "Time Travel" and "Deathbed" will release consecutively with two cyclical music videos that can be started in any order and will loop infinitely. This is a symbol of the cycles we experience in life, relationships, and with our own self-discovery. As with all the songs on 'Deathbed', Graves wrote "Time Travel" while releasing her debut LP, 'Marathon', and while her relationship was crumbling around her. The Deathbed was engineered and mixed by Elly Swope at Destination Universe! and was mastered by Amy Dragon of Telegraph Audio. This EP was engineered completely by amazing women.
