Laura has Down syndrome, a chromosomal abnormality caused by the presence of an extra chromosome 21. This leads to intellectual disability and certain physical characteristics. During the week, Laura works at @cafejoyeux as a multi-skilled restaurant employee. Serving, cooking, preparing trays, washing dishes... She always performs each task with a smile! In France, approximately 50,000 people live with Down syndrome, and every day, a baby is born with this condition. Today, Laura is a strong voice: that of inclusion.
