THANK YOU Subscribe 👇    / lennyshomemadeslyv   LAPIS LEGIT GULUNG RECIPE Forvita margarine Ingredients: 160g margarine/butter 20g sweetened condensed milk 12 egg yolks 60g powdered sugar 30g all-purpose flour (can be substituted with 10g powdered milk + 20g flour) 1/2 tsp liquid/powdered vanilla Methods: Preheat oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat) Prepare two 28x24" square pans. If you have a larger pan, you can also use it for thinner layer cakes. Grease the bottom of the pan with margarine and line it with baking paper. After lining the baking paper, grease it with a little more margarine. Set aside. Beat the margarine and sweetened condensed milk until fluffy, white, and soft. Set aside Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar until fluffy and thick, then add the flour and stir briefly until evenly combined. Mix the egg yolks into the margarine and stir until thoroughly combined. Divide the batter into two equal parts and pour the batter into the pans. Spread the batter evenly using a spoon or scraper. Bake until cooked through and the surface is golden brown. Once cooked, let the layer cake cool and remove from the pan. Brush the cake with a little sweetened condensed milk and spread it evenly over the entire surface. Bend/fold the edge of the cake slightly, then gently push and roll it forward. Press and seal it using a scraper or a cake board. For the other cake, spread the condensed milk, then cut a small amount from one end of the cake. Place the previously rolled edge onto the edge of the cake to be rolled. Roll it up and push it forward, pressing and sealing it using a scraper or a cake board. Cut into pieces and serve.
