I am really happy so many of you are into the veganism lifestyle. Everyone thinks this is a diet but it is our lifestyle. It's not just what we eat it is what w buy all around. We no longer want to buy anything that supports animal cruelty. With that being said this video I show you some really good vegan recipes, vegan junk food options. I show you what to buy as a vegan from the grocery store. We mainly shop at Trader Joes and Whole Foods and for large amounts of fruit we will go to our local Neighborhood Walmart. We try to buy mostly all organic especially the dirty dozen fruits and veggies. Vegans can eat desserts that taste just as good as regular desserts and they are HEALTHIER food options for you.
