4 X Alaskan KC 135 Stratotankers Depart Prestwick Airport

Four KC-135's of the Alaska Air National Guard based at Eielson Air Force Base seen taxying and taking off from Prestwick Airport, Scotland on 09 July 2026. The aircraft had arrived the previous day from Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion airport where approximately 60 USAF refuelling tankers had been based at the height of Operation " Epic Fury " which are now beginning to return to their home bases. A busy ramp at Prestwick this day as they can be seen next to three C5M Super Galaxy aircraft on stand.
