Hayashi Nobuko runs the stained glass studio "Atelier Gobouyama" in Kurose-cho, Kaga City. Fascinated by the stained glass she encountered at the company where she worked, she studied glass art at the Kanazawa Utatsuyama Craft Studio before working as an artist. Her home, which also serves as a gallery, is decorated with her works throughout, and some are a part of her everyday life. Hayashi's works have an even more profound feel in the Japanese-style architecture, and in sunlight they look like pottery, but when the lights are turned on at dusk the stained glass is illuminated with a fantastic light, becoming an art piece worthy of being called an "art piece of light."
