Best of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! The Arch, Rooftop Bar, TACOS, & Cocktails! | 1 Day Itinerary

Do you only have 1 day in Cabo San Lucas? If so, we have an itinerary for you! We only had 1 day to spend in this famous Mexican beach town and made the most of it! From tacos to boat tours to breweries-this town has so much to do. We started our day at the Cabo marina with a glass bottom boat tour to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas, courtesy of local tour operator Rancho Tours. We got to see this incredible rock formation from the water, and we even got to stop at a local beach for snorkeling! We also saw some sea lions on our journey, including the local legend Pancho the Sea Lion (yes, he jumps on boats to steal fish. It's true). We walked to the best brewery in the Baja Peninsula, Baja Brewing Company, for some excellent craft beer served at the premier rooftop bar in Cabo. Seriously, you can't beat these views. And we ended with the most incredible tacos weve ever had from local favorite La Lupita Tacos & Mezcal. These were gourmet tacos that will make you drool!
