Francesco Cicchella: "Vi racconto come nascono le mie imitazioni"

Francesco Cicchella is the subject of an in-depth interview on Fanpage.it. The renowned comedian and impersonator, appearing in the theater with the show "Tante belle cose," shares anecdotes about the characters he imitates, his friendships with colleagues, and a critical reflection on the world of social media.   From his apprenticeship to television success with "Made in Sud," including important collaborations and significant career choices, Cicchella offers an honest look at the world of entertainment. "I define them as portraits. I offer my own reinterpretations based on real or imagined elements, obviously comically exaggerating any such aspects," he explains.   Among the people he met after imitating them was Gigi D'Alessio, of whom he recalls: "He was the only one I asked for a sort of blessing. They told me he was a bit angry. That turned out to be completely false." D'Alessio, in fact, texted him after his impersonation: "I'm pissing myself." Cicchella has no doubts about the nature of the entertainment world: "Unfortunately, it's made up more of greedy assholes than decent people, from my experience." His great friendship with Pintus and his estrangement from Alessandro Siani: "I haven't heard from him in a few years." by Gennaro Marco Duello Directed and edited by Francesco Galgano. https://www.fanpage.it/spettacolo/int...
