Big Announcement from Port Houston - WRDA Passes
We have big news! The Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) was passed by Congress and we are thrilled about what this means for our industry, our city, and our nation. WRDA’s passage allows us to expand the Houston Ship Channel, making it safer and more efficient for commerce in the future and helping ensure the channel remains the economic and jobs powerhouse it is today. Click the link to watch the video announcement about the recent WRDA approval and its benefits featuring Port Houston Executive Director Roger Guenther and Port Chairman Ric Campo, along with the elected officials and other partners who helped make it happen.
