Alpe du ZWIFT in 60 mins - 100Kg/220lbs newbie + Wahoo Kickr Bike ROCKER
My first proper attempt at Alpe du Zwift with a 60 min target and using my brand new ROCKER plate with my Wahoo Kickr Bike. As a new rider to ZWIFT, and at 100kg, it will need about 320 watts all the way - NOT EASY! For more information on the awesome rocker plate, complete with WHEELS to move your bike around the pain cave, check out Tim Churchill at Churchill Woodcraft on Facebook.
