New Omnifactory Supershorts #13 REUPLOAD: Refined Circuits

In this thirteenth episode (surprise! it's reuploaded from Monday on a Tuesday due to broken audio) I build all the necessary infrastructure to passively create refined circuits, including annealed copper, gallium plates, and SMD components. (Next episode coming on Wednesday, because I have a backlog of 8 or more videos!) In the next episode, I'll create stainless steel and build distillation towers.
