With my sailing instructor, Tonichi, alongside me, we leave the safety of the shipyard and set sail down the Portuguese coast. Along the way we face unexpected setbacks, a few laughs, my first night watch at sea, and the biggest confidence boost I've had since buying this boat. By the end of this journey, everything changes.
