Thank you! Recipe for: Beans with Smoked Pork Ribs in Clay Casserole. Uniquely Delicious! Required products: 300 g of beans, pre-soaked in water for about 2-3 hours. 500 g of smoked pork ribs. 2 onions, finely chopped. 1 carrot, finely chopped. 100 g of celery, finely chopped. 2 green peppers, finely chopped. 400 g canned diced tomatoes. Half a bunch of chives, finely chopped. Salt. Black pepper. Red pepper. Oil. Method of preparation: Pour the beans into a pot and fill it with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then discard the first water and add a second (about a liter and a half). Add the chopped onion, carrots and celery, stir and put the lid on the pot. Cook on medium heat for about 1 hour. After 1 hour, add the chopped peppers, tomatoes and chives. Mix well. Season with salt, black and red pepper, and add a little oil. Stir again. Transfer the mixture to a crock pot and add the smoked pork ribs. Put the lid on the casserole. Put the casserole in a cold oven, turn on 180 degrees and bake for about 1 hour. After 1 hour, the dish will smell amazingly smoky! The ribs will be soft and tender. Finally, sprinkle with some fresh chives and serve. Bon appetit!
