Watch this before snowboarding at Vogel Ski Resort (Bohinj, Slovenia) What to Expect + Parking

Our 4 Day Slovenia Itinerary Video:    • Four Days In Slovenia Itinerary [Lake Bled...   In an effort to snowboard in every country in the Alps, WIll and Alex made their way to Slovenia from Bolzano, Italy. In this video, Will snowboards at Ski Resort Vogel (Bohinj, Slovenia) and shares his experience including parking, lift access, and snow conditions. We were there on a school holiday, which explains the CRAZY lines we experienced getting up on the cable car. When it came to where to snowboard in the Slovenian Alps, we chose Vogel because it lies within the Triglav National Park and was said to have the best scenery and snow. We knew the facilities weren’t going to be AMAZING, but the resort was still nice and Alex had a great view to enjoy while eating and drinking to her heart’s content. We considered the Sella Nevea-Kanin Ski Resort, which straddles Italy and Slovenia, but we wanted to include Lake Bled and Ljubljana in our trip so we went all-in with Vogel. ** During research, we read horror stories about traffic backed up at the Karawanken Tunnel. We were there on a Monday afternoon in February and had no problems with traffic. I think it’s during the summer holiday that it can take hours to go through the tunnel.
