Here are the INGREDIENTS 2 pounds of chopped pork ribs. 2 cups of pre-soaked chickpeas. 2 cups of guajillo chile sauce with ancho chile. 1/2 liter of water. 1 piece of onion. 2 large cloves of garlic. 1 teaspoon of ground cilantro. 1/2 pinch of ground pepper. 1/4 teaspoon of cumin. 1 tablespoon of pork seasoning.
