Dale Strickler Webinar: Expand Your Mind, Your Production, and Your Profit by KGLC
In this webinar, Dale Strickler examines the factors that hinder profitability and production potential of a grazing operation and the psychological barriers that limit making changes. Dale is an agronomist and a leader in the soil health movement. He grew up on a diversified farm near Colony, KS, then attended Kansas State University, achieving both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Agronomy. He also has his own cattle operation near Jamestown, KS, where he puts into practice his theories about creating better soil. He planted his first cover crop in 1988 and has been experimenting with them ever since with increasingly impressive results. Listen to Dale's recorded webinar from August 29th, 2020 where he shares about maximizing profit on brome and fescue. Topics covered in this webinar include: mental limitations and keeping an open mind, factors that make pasture grow and how to optimize them, and increasing pasture production with no cost and low cost methods.
