PT Cruiser hidden damage - front grille, bumper and both fenders removed

(at 5:30) The passenger side engine mount , looking through the access hole, the whole top half of the rubber looks disconnected. Turns out the car was totaled by Allstate last October in NJ from a rear impact. In NJ cars 8 years or older do NOT have to change the title from ANY damage??!?!??!?!! Auto Insurance Auctions bought form Allstate who sold it to the Delaware Dealer (Auto Vision Group ) who sold it to me with a "clean/clear" title. In PA and DE hidden frame damage cannot have a clean/clear title. I was able to stop the check payment from my PSECU credit union and under Delaware law the dealer will be taking this car back. I hope no one else buys this car thinking the title is "clear/clean". Some things to look for when PT Cruiser Shopping.
