Please select your language in the settings. ✅ Ingredients: (the volume of the cup is 200 ml) 2 eggs a pinch of salt 180 g sugar (1 cup) 60 g butter (3 tbsp) 150 g yogurt (7 tbsp) 250 g flour (1 cup + 2/3 cup) 10 g baking powder (2 tsp) Juice of one lemon 150g strawberries --- 200 g Ricotta (Quark) 1 egg 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp cornstarch Zest of one lemon 24x18 cm (9x7 inch) baking pan Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
