What followed turned into one of our favourite discoveries of the trip. We visit Fountains Abbey, one of England's best-preserved monasteries and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walking through nearly 900 years of history, we explore the vast ruins, learn about the monks who lived there, and use AI to imagine what parts of the abbey looked like in its prime. The adventure continues through the stunning Studley Royal Water Garden, where we discover beautiful landscapes, historic monuments, wildlife, deer, and a spectacular Victorian church filled with colour and incredible architecture. Back in Elvis the motorhome, we stock up for an exciting off-grid weekend ahead, tackle a few van jobs, and prepare for a mystery adventure that starts in the next vlog.
