"Leave or Be Arrested!" Burke County Courthouse Hates Our Rights

I went to the Burke County Courthouse to make a verbal public records request, but i was refused service. Things escalated when I was told to leave or be arrested. Then a Sheriff's Captain stepped in, clarified the law, and addressed my First Amendment rights to film in publicly accessible areas.
