I climbed Mt. Makihata via the standard Ido Ridge course. It was the beginning of the hot weather before the rainy season, but the thermometer I had near the shelter showed 26°C. After battling swarms of flies and overcoming difficulties, I finally reached Mt. Makihata. I took an aerial walk under the blue sky to Mt. Ushigatake, and finally, despite a slight slip and fall, I was able to reach Mt. Waribatake.
