Each level crossing is a miniature re-creation of those found on the main lines: one level crossing (Woods Level Crossing) has two full barriers and is operated from a small signal box next to it, and the other (Lay-by Level Crossing) is an un-gated level crossing. Both level crossings have alarms, but nothing is railway-standard, and the protective and warning equipment at each dates back to 2019. Each is found on the same private road / public footpath just over 100 metres apart. The railway line has no timetable, but trains are reasonably frequent.
