Why wear earplugs for swimming? A selection of earplugs for under £10

Wearing ear plugs for outdoor swimming has a number of benefits from being able to stay in longer to preventing ear infections and long-term issues like surfer's ear. Here I look at the difference they've made to my swimming and examine 7 readily available ear plugs that cost less than £10.
