In his talk, Alain explains essential aspects of the development of different musical genres in the Caribbean island, pointing out at the aspects that make them authentic. Through Alain´s talk and performance, the audience will recognize and understand the spirituality behind the sounds of drums and guitars, as well as the rhythmic and melodic elements that make Cuban music well-known across the world.
