"Stefan Stambolov" and g.k. Pencho Slaveykov Blvd. to the south-west, with. "Nikola Petkov" and g.k. Zornitsa to the south-east and ul. "Dimitar Dimov" to the east. It's located next to Atanasovo Lake. The complex is made up of panel blocks and EPC cooperatives built in the 70s and 80s, along with some newer, luxury brick buildings. There's a shopping centre, lots of shops, a community centre, a post office, the church "St. Atanasii", a medical centre, a sports complex with tennis courts, basketball and football courts, and a park called "Veleka". The neighbourhood has a vocational school for chemical technologies, the Acad. N. Zelinsky, as well as the Yordan Yovkov Secondary School, the Dobri Chintulov Secondary School, the Saints Kliment Ohridski Secondary School, a kindergarten called Ran Bosilek, and three all-day kindergartens. People who live in the area can use the following public transport: Buses No. 1 and No. 101 to Str. Meden Rudnik Bus No. 4 to the railway station, central part and quarter of the city.
