How to Replace a Built-In Suitcase Lock

In this video, I’m showing you how I replaced the built-in TSA lock on my suitcase—something I never thought I’d need to do! If your lock is broken, stuck, or just needs an upgrade, I’ll walk you through the whole process: from unzipping the lining to unscrewing the old lock, ordering a replacement, and installing the new one. 👉 Heads up! The replacement lock I ordered from Amazon wasn’t exactly as pictured—it came with two extra screws and was preset to a random combo instead of 000.
