JCPenney Store Tour (VANCOUVER MALL) - Vancouver, WA

I stumbled upon at a non-closing JCPenney in at Vancouver Mall in Vancouver, Washington. Grand opened in 1980 and it is located at Vancouver Mall. This is the only store in the city. On the inside, it was sort of busy and everything was pretty organized. Overall, it is a nice department store!
