This song is super interesting for a couple of reasons, the primary being it is a smash hit, billboard success, and the chorus... has NO LYRICS! Crazy, but the chorus is just a riff, an insanely iconic riff, but just a riff. Another interesting aspect of the song is that it follows a Verse-Verse-Chorus-Verse-Verse-Chorus-Verse-Verse-Chorus format and the the two verses are different lengths, one being 18 and one being 20 measures! So you have 38 measures before you even get to the chorus! Very non convential and a song like this would have a very hard time finding its way to the radio in today's music climate and culture.
