Add the perilla oil (1 Tbsp). Mix again. 🥢Amaranth Salad 1. Add the blanched Amaranth with All-Purpose Doenjang Sauce (2 Tbsp). 2. Add the sesame oil (1 Tbsp). 3. Add a little chopped green onions and garlic and mix well. 🥢Chamnamul Salad 1. Add the blanched Chamnamul with All-Purpose Doenjang Sauce (1.5 Tbsp). Add in 2.
