The art of stealing bases is about opportunity. The more times a player is on base, the more chances he has to attempt stolen bases. With that logic, it makes the greatest stolen base leaders of all time were also great hitters. Except one. One hitter in particular who was phenomenal at stealing bases, was a poor hitter.
