1.9 TDi 2008 VWCaddy Fuel injector replacement.
In this video I switch out the ASZ PD130 injectors for the smaller BLS PD105 injectors. I replaced my PD105 BLS engine after a catastrophic rod failure with the stronger built PD130 ASZ. I used the original PD130 injectors to see what happened. I foiund that my fuel mileage suffered considerably and I also had surging at lower RPM's under steady throttle. I also randomly experienced a rich fuel mixture smell in the car. So I decided to switch back to the BLS injectors after I refurbished them.
