Rubio-Lavrov meeting: You can’t break an agreement that wasn’t | David DeBatto

Following his meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio told the press that the agreement supposedly reached at the meeting between presidents Trump and Putin fell through, because Ukraine would not agree to it.
