Pesukei Dezimrah 1
Pesukei D'zimrah or verses of praise is a section of prayer from the morning prayer service, Shacharit. It precedes the Blessings of the Shema to prepare us for the place of worship and attention required for the Shema and Amidah. I have divided the prayers into 3 segments with segment 2 including six songs or psalms of Hallel, Psalms 145-150. Segment three includes Verses from Chronicles, Nehemiah and The Song of the Sea from Exodus and concludes with Yishtabach meaning "He shall be praised." I have recorded some of the segments, but as always the Psalms are from AI using the JPS 1985 translation.
