Overclocking 3960X 24 Core Third Gen Threadripper

These are the results of my third generation Threadripper overclocking experience of the 3960X 24 core CPU. I was able to achieve 4.4Ghz on all cores stable but no more than that. This is probably one of the most overkill water cooling setups before going getting into exotic cooling. I hit a wall right at 4.45Ghz and couldn't go further on all cores. I could have probably gotten a little more if I did a per core overclock but I wasn't looking to spend that much more effort for so little gain. In fact, I ended up settling up with PBO because of the balance of single and multi core performance.
