Watch This Before Buying a Casio Full Metal G Shock!

EVERYTHING you need to know before buying a Full Metal G Shock; namely gm-b2100bd-1 and the GMW-B5000D-1ER. Now, this is my first time being hands on with the full metal G Shocks after being a long time lover of these models - and I gotta say... THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. They are rugged, sporty, but still elevated. I am only convinced now that I need to add a full metal G Shock to my Casio collection! So here it is... The GOOD, the BAD and the UGLY of the square full metal and the Casioak full metal. THE GOOD: These are extremely well finished (especially for the pricepoint of £450), combination of brushing and polishing on the case, delicious lume and all that Casio functionality we are always looking for: stop watch, world time, count down timer, alarm settings. Although the dimensions of these sound immense - g Shocks are meant to wear big, so I would say these are a lot more wearable than one would initially think. THE BAD: Mineral glass. Blah! That's my only bad thing to say about these - and that truly isn't the end of the world. It wouldn't prevent me from buying - sapphire just would be my preference. THE UGLY: If you have a smaller wrist, you might just be sized out of these. :( Because the lugs do not articulate, it is limiting - but I would encourage you to try these on before judging. Another less desirable thing: I find the Casioak a wee bit illegible. I prefer more stark legibility. But what do you guys think to these ?
