What I Ate To Lose 100lbs

Here’s an example of the way I ate on a daily basis to lose 100lbs. Calories would go up and down at times but the structure was always held 80% of the time. I believe that the only structure that will ever work for you has to include balance and that balance has to be something that you are happy with going forwards 365 days of the year.
