Unfortunately, we were left disappointed with our stay, despite having high expectations from the renowned Ritz-Carlton brand. We'll be covering everything from the room amenities to the level of service we received during our stay. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. However, we were dismayed by the room's bad smell and not working air conditional. The Premium Executive Suite was spacious, but we found it hard to sleep in a smelly and warm room. The Junior Suite was slightly better, but still fell short in terms of luxury and comfort and the downgrade. Additionally, we had several issues with the room during our stay, including a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, the hotel staffs have no idea about the printed club lounge benefits and lack of communication for my activities booking. Worst is the run out of rose from the evening until the GM meet me to listen to my complain, the rose magically appeared! The Ritz-Carlton brand is widely known for its exceptional service, but we sadly didn't experience this during our stay. Although the staff were polite, we found that our requests were not always met with urgency or attention to detail. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Vienna.
