Photographing buildings is covered by Article 46, "Use of Public Artistic Works, etc." Artistic works whose originals are permanently installed in an outdoor location as defined in the second paragraph of the previous article, or architectural works, may be used in any way, except in the following cases. 1. When a sculpture is enlarged or made available to the public through the transfer of an enlarged work. 2. When an architectural work is reproduced or copied by construction, or when a copy is made available to the public through the transfer of the copy. 3. When a work is reproduced for permanent installation in a location other than that specified in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article. 4. When a work of art is reproduced for the purpose of sale, or when a copy is sold.
