Is this the NEW BEST Bun Bo Hue Restaurant in Houston?! Vua Bun Bo

I love bun bo hue and I will say, this place is pretty good. The meat for sure is the best I've had anywhere, not sure if the broth is my favorite though. The broth is still good. It doesn't have the super strong umami flavor of typical bun bo hue, which some people may actually prefer. For what it is, I thought they did an outstanding job and still brought this bowl to life with it's lighter, healthier broth that still packs a good amount of flavor. Then, throw in all the veggies and meats and you have a Super Bowl. Get it? lol okay I guess that wasn't funny. Anyway, a delightful bowl of bun bo hue and I would come back again and again.
