It's beautiful, tasty, and perfect for afternoon tea or to serve to the family. This recipe is simple, made in a blender, and doesn't require baking powder. The secret is to blend the batter briefly and bake in a low oven to get it just right. Make it at home, because it's a real marvel! INGREDIENTS: 4 medium or small whole eggs If the eggs are large, use only 3 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine 1 can of condensed milk 2 heaping tablespoons of refined sugar If you like it sweeter, you can use up to 100g of sugar 750ml of whole milk 4 cups of sifted wheat flour INSTRUCTIONS: In a blender, place the eggs, butter, condensed milk, sugar, and milk. Beat quickly, just to mix the ingredients. Then add the sifted wheat flour and beat for about 30 seconds, only until the batter is combined. Do not overbeat, or the cake will collapse. Pour the batter into a pan greased with butter and wheat flour. Bake in a preheated oven at a low temperature, around 110°C (222°F), for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until well baked. Then just carefully unmold and serve this delicious treat! It will be creamy, soft, and even firmer after it cools.
