The Casey Catch Up with Jeremy Riggs // the DW Foil Series Episode 13

I had a great time chatting all things downwind with the SUP downwind guru and coach Jeremy Riggs. We went in depth on the technique of a Flatwater SUP Foil Paddle Pump, Take Off or Chip In (whatever you want to call it) and brought up the 'scoot' that Jeremy recently spoke about in his youtube and social media. We went into detail on the differences between a flatwater paddle pump to a bumpy water paddle pump and some good techniques to try in the surf zone. I tried to get Jeremy to try a Wing, Deflate, Downwinder but he is still a little sceptical but I explain why I think it could be the future. All in all was great to catch up and break down the technique of SUP Foiling with Jeremy.
