Length Contraction (& Angle) of Inclined Rod in Relativity (Derivation)

If a rod is moving in a direction at an angle inclined to its length, what is the nature of length contraction measured by an observer at rest? What is the change in inclination or orientation of the moving rod or stick? Length contraction or lorentz contraction is a consequence of Special theory of Relativity, in which an object moving at relativistic speeds appear to contract along the direction of relative motion with respect to an observer at rest. In this problem, I consider an inclined rod, or a stick, or a ruler. How does it's length get affected?
