EGGLESS fudgy brownies | no condensed milk | BEST BROWNIE RECIPE

Hi, I’m Dhairya- a 23 year old professional pastry chef who loves to curate new recipes and share my love of baking here🩷 Today, I’m making my favourite eggless fudgy brownies and trust me when I say- you won’t find a better recipe! They are gooey, fudgy & super easy to make so let’s go!! ⭐️ingredients- • Chopped dark chocolate- 150 gm (1 cup) • ⁠Salted butter- 65 gm (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp) • ⁠Castor or powdered sugar- 150 gm (3/4 cup) • ⁠Warm milk- 100 mL (3/8 cup + 1 tbsp) • Curd- 22 gm (1.5 tbsp) • ⁠All purpose flour (maida)- 130 gm (1 cup) • ⁠Cocoa powder- 7 gm (1.5 tbsp) • ⁠Corn flour- 5 gm (1 tbsp) • ⁠Chocolate chunks- a handful Method- • In a bowl, take chopped chocolate and butter. Melt together in a microwave or over a double boiler. Set aside. • ⁠In a separate bowl, take castor sugar and lukewarm milk. Lukewarm milk helps the sugar to dissolve well- giving a nice crinkle top. • ⁠Once well dissolved, add in the curd. Mix. • ⁠Next, add in the chocolate and butter mixture and mix it in as well. • ⁠Lastly, add- all purpose flour, cocoa powder, corn flour and chocolate chunks. Fold everything into a thick batter. • ⁠Take a 6 inch square tin and brush it well with oil. • ⁠Put 2 strips of baking paper at the base. • ⁠Pour in the batter and make it even from the top. • ⁠Preheat your oven at 165 degrees for 6-7 minutes. • ⁠After preheating, keep the brownies in and bake for 14-15 minutes or until the toothpick comes out with a bit of crumbs when inserted.
