DIY Backyard Golf Simulator (Portable) for Less Than $1700

I built a golf simulator in my backyard that is portable. I can set it up and take it down in ten minutes. This was a super fun project that included welding, designing how the net would be set up, creating turf plugs, designing and building a golf mat, and setting up an awesome hangout/viewing area. I saved thousands of dollars on this build in a few ways. I saved about $1200 by purchasing my simulator second hand. I saved about $2000 by not using a projector and impact screen, and using a hitting net and TV. I saved about $400 by building my own hitting mat. In total, I think I saved close to $4000.
