How to Convert an EV Van into a Camper | PV5 Strip‑Out & Bulkhead Removal (Ep1)
Episode 1 of our PV5 EV camper conversion series. We’re starting the build with a full strip‑out of the Kia PV5 Cargo — removing the bulkhead, cutting out the spot‑welded bulkhead strip, and taking off all the factory wall and door panels. During the process we found something unexpected: removing the bulkhead and lower strip unlocks up to 8 inches of extra floor space. That extra room makes a huge difference to the layout options inside the PV5.
