#drsarasafdar#ڈاکٹر سارہ صفدر#excessivemenses#heavyperiods#morebleedinginmenses#heavybleedinginmenses#normalmensturalbleeding#normalmensturallength#mensturalcramps#mensturation#fibroid#adenomyosis#pcos#hyperplasiaendometrium#cancerinuterus#hormonalimbalance#ماہواری کا زیادہ آنا#نارمل ماہواری کا دورانیہ#ماہواری میں نارمل کتنا خون آتا ہے#ماہواری زیادہ آنے کی وجوہات#بچے دانی کا کینسر#بچے دانی میں تبدیلی#بچے دانی میں خون کی رسولی#انڈے دانی میں پانی کی تھیلیاں ماہواری زیادہ آنے کی وجوہات اور اس کا علاج|Causes And Treatment Of Excessive Menses|Dr Sara Safdar Today's video is about excessive mensturation.In it ,there are two conditions,in one condition, menstural length increases with more bleeding,that means bleeding occur more days.In second condition, menstural length remains same but excessive and more bleeding occur and female passes clots in same days of mensturation.The normal bleeding in one menstural cycle is 80 to 120 ml.One partially soaked pad has 10 ml blood.And one completely soaked pad has 20 ml of blood.First important thing is proper accessment that menses are heavy or normal.If female uses 12 pads in one menstural cycle and that are partially soaked,it means she lost 120 ml of blood in this menstural cycle ,it means it's normal menstural cycle and normal menstural bleeding.But If female is using more than 12 partially soaked pads in one cycle ,it means it's heavy periods now.It means you will see the range that 80 ml to 120 ml of bleeding in one menstural cycle is normal.So,some females get confuse that menstural length increase but bleeding is normal as there was just spotting in Extra days.They think it's excessive menses.When such females are advised Hb levels that are above 12g/dl,so it's quiet normal.Every spotting or bleeding within 10 days is menses .In it, menstural length is increased not menstural bleeding.Following are some causes of excessive bleeding: 1: Hormonal imbalance,Like after baby birth, during lactation ,or in polycystic ovaries have irregular patterns of bleeding due to hormonal imbalance. 2: Same in multi gravida female due to bulky uterus menses can be excessive. 3: After 40 years of age,due to weakness and bulky uterus, periods can be excessive. 4: Fibroids exceeding to endometrium bleeds more in menses. 5: In Adenomyosis, uterus size increases, myometrium embeds in endometrium,it causes more bleeding and causes severe pain with bleeding. 6: Hyperplasia of endometrium with atipia or without atipia,all Hyperplasia of endometrium are not cancers.Hyperplasia of endometrium with atipia can be cancer, without atipia ,it is not cancer.If any female with endometrial hyperplasia is detected,she is advised biopsy,so we can diagnose it's atipia or not.So, Adenomyosis cause heavy menses.
