After nearly 5 weeks of intensive care, love, and attention, we finally have good news: we have found a wonderful foster who works with an amazing organization that helps dogs from Baja find a new life in the US and Canada. 💛 Still, saying goodbye is hard for us. During those weeks, they truly became a part of us, and the moment of letting go touches us deeply. After this emotional moment, we seek distraction on the water, where we go looking for whale sharks. But even before we find them, we are surprised by something else magical: spectacular whales and, for the first time, a whole group of manta rays! 🐋✨ Afterwards, we go to Walmart to shop for supplies for a dog shelter we will visit later. We stock up on all sorts of things: toys, food, snacks, baskets, and more, to give the dogs a little extra love and comfort there. 🐶 Next, we make another attempt to spot whale sharks… and this time we strike lucky. What follows is an unforgettable and intense experience: without a tour, all alone, we paddleboard and snorkel alongside these impressive underwater giants.
