Although this class is pregnancy-friendly, it is still a great workout whether you are pregnant or not. 😊 If you are pregnant, please remember to listen to your body and only do what feels comfortable for you. What feels good for me during pregnancy may not feel good for you, and vice versa, so always honour your own body and energy levels. If at any point you notice abdominal doming or coning, pause and focus on properly engaging your core by gently “hugging” your baby inwards.
