The Toden Arakawa Line was given the very lame nickname of Tokyo Sakura Tram by Secretary-General Koike Yuriko, but it doesn't seem to have caught on. The track width of the Toden Arakawa Line is 1372mm (horse carriage gauge), the same as the Toei Shinjuku Line, so it could run on the Toei Shinjuku Line tracks if it wanted to.
